Question about transferring credits and ETHICS exam

Hi all,

I am testing through Maryland Board but would like to get licensed in Texas. Has anyone done that before? Is it a good idea to get licensed in Maryland first and transfer the license or start with taking Texas based Ethics exam and apply for license in Texas? Thank you!

It looks like there are CPE requirements to apply for a reciprocal license in Texas. https://www.tsbpa.state.tx.us/pdffiles/l0006.pdf
