I bough the ninja mcq in January and put in some hours. Not as much as I did with audit and reg which helped me pass. Anyways, I want to pick it up again and I know its only last for three months.

Do I buy a new account? or can I purchase it again and it will keep my work?

If you bought in january you should still have some time left on it. Login and see. I am not sure how renewal works with current stats if you let it lapse.
