So I just finished Ethics with 91%. So I want to get my license (easier said than done).

1)I was wondering how long before I can apply to receive my license? How long for Ethics score to reach State office’s I sent scores to.

2) I plan on getting a different job in a different state (MD,VA,DC) should I apply for intial certification in those states or should I apply for intial certification where I currently live & work and than apply for reciprocity?

3) Last year when I went to apply to sit for the CPA exam lady at a State Accountancy Office said that if no CPA works for your organization (I work in private industry) it would be acceptable for our external Auditor to confirm by verifying with my supervisors since we require attestation services from them.

My question is it common for External Auditors to do this? And if not very common how long do I have before I lose credits for the exam?
