Prometric website works terribly, anyone else have this issue?

    Does anyone else have issues with the prometric website? I am trying to reschedule my test date and I enter in my confirmation # & first 4 letters of last name and the page just refreshes asking me to re-enter my info. And this happens over and over until sometimes on the 30th time it finally goes through. I have this issue all the time with scheduling, confirming, rescheduling. Usually, eventually it works but right now I can’t get through it at all. It is so frustrating. We pay so much money for these exams, I wish the websites would at least work efficiently instead of wasting my time. Anyone else have this issue, any way to get around it? And I have tried 2 different browsers already.

    Ok, if anyone else ends up having this problem turns out prometric only works well on internet explorer browser. I don't know how they expect people with macs to use their website. Very frustrating and unfair.

    I have a mac and have never had issues with scheduling or rescheduling for exams. I just rescheduled on my phone with no issues.

    Which browser are you using? I have had issues before when I've used Chrome, I didn't have any issues when I tried it on Internet Explorer.
