Prometric website down?

I am trying to schedule my exam on the prometric website but it’s been showing the website is down for 2 days now. Is this just me or anyone else have the same problem?

it seems that everybody has encountered this issue..
I tried to dial the hotline but it is down too… saying “because of IT issues” or something
I was just going to schedule the exam for next week >O<………

I'm trying to reschedule my exam that's on Thursday because I'm not ready at all… I wonder, will they still hold people responsible for the reschedule fees if it's Prometric's fault? I went from the $30 to the $80 category because of it.
