Anyone else having a rough time trying to schedule an exam in May? Every time I check the month is full by me. I assume spots will open up eventually but this most difficult a time I’ve had scheduling yet.

That’s it. No profanity laced rant or bitching.

    Go America!

    FAR: 66, 75
    AUD: 67, 69, 70, 74, 74
    REG: 71, 79

They manipulate the seating availability due to staffing is what I read. My last exam, I checked and wanted a date close to the end of the window. The seating availability tool showed no seats at the center closest to me. So I booked it a center a little further away. A few hours later a host of seats opened up at my preferred center. I had to pay $35 dollars to change it. I was mad.

I live life on the edge, so I usually book my exams a few days before I want to take it. It's a little risky but it hasn't failed me in either the CPA/EA. So I'm 6/7

@Tony your AUD score is heart wrenching.I just failed FAR with 68 and not able to concentrate my study and still feeling oh I could have done that etc. What I have noted those whose credit expired they have passed that paper next time.you should pass next time.

Hmmm I guess it depends on where you're located? but I have seen availability open up in the past…So just keep checking regularly maybe?

Reminds me my AUD when my procrastination kicked in i re-scheduled it like 3 times and I finally took it on 2/28….but of course all nearby testing centers were full and I ended up driving 2 hours to the one in another town…

    FAR (4/14/14) - 97
    REG (11/17/14) - 94
    BEC (11/30/14) - 92
    AUD (2/28/15) - 99

They test for other things like the GMAT, Praxis, etc. With school getting out, I assume there would be more demand those other tests.

I had AUD scheduled for Saturday 4/29. Something came up and I knew I wasn't going to be able to take it that weekend. I went to Prometric website a good number of times before FINALLY one testing center around here finally had a time open on one Saturday in May. Of course, I grabbed it. You have to just keep checking Prometric like 2-3 times a day. People cancel and reschedule every minute.
