I just came back from sitting for REG and I am very mad at myself. Halfway through the exam, a constant drilling noise started from construction upstairs… I put my headphones on and it still didn’t go away but I don’t know why I didn’t think of bringing it up to the prometric folks then but I did write in the survey at the end complaining about the noise.

I just sent an email into the candidatecare email at Nasba and my expectation is at minimum for them to financial refund my fees since clearly, they did not provide a standard testing environment.

Anyone else experience bad testing environment and what was the conclusion of your situation?

I'm sure you'll get a sincere apology but that's likely the extent of it.

Yes, the girl behind me who was taking a different exam was typing a book. I could hear her loud typing as I was taking FAR and it was hard to concentrate lol

@waffle_house — that was probably me, taking BEC. Sorry!

When I was signing into a Prometric test site, one of the administrators was attempting to kill a fly… by repeatedly slamming the palm of his hand against the glass door to the testing area. Fortunately, he realized his mistake after a few seconds, but I still felt bad for everyone who was actively testing when he started banging on the door like the building was on fire.

Why do they have such noisy keyboards at Prometric? They really should replace them with more quiet ones.

When I was taking the test I could hear the proctors talking and joking around outside the testing room. I looked behind and gave them a 1 second blank stare. They stopped.

I heard back from Nasba, they gave me 2 options. A) Retake this quarter and not see my score B) See my score and retake free of charge with a new NTS. Clearly I chose option B..

I sat through a a Fire Drill that was taking place in the building for AUD which included the lights Flickering for nearly a half hour. Because we were taking a long test and paid for it, we were allowed to stay and did not have to leave the building for like everyone else.
