prometric error eligibility provided doesn’t exist

I have valid NTS # but my NASBA have expired. Will that prevent me from using my NTS to take the exam? When i try to register for testing on prometric i get error message saying eligibility provided doesn’t exist.

When does your NTS expire?

It expires in 6 months. I will probably call them soon and find out what is going on.

Update: For some reason there was an error with my last name. It got fixed.

Funny. I just received my NTS today and lo and behold I got the same error message when I tried to schedule my exam. I will call in the morning to figure out what's wrong. Hopefully it's also as simple as an “error with my last name”.
