Hi everyone! First time posting here.

During my REG exam on April 20th, my computer shut down in testlet 4, the prometric staff was able to reboot it and my answers were still in the cells after I re-logged in the exam. The staff told me that prometric automatically saves the answers frequently and I should be fine. However, I am still concerned. My CPA central status says “attendance” on my REG section.

Will my already submitted MCQs and 3rd testlet be impacted? Did anyone else have similar experience and their score still came out just fine?

Every computer in the test center got shut down in the middle of the exam the first time I sat. Like you, I was worried but everything turned out fine. They got you covered.
