Just received below email from the prometric. Q1 test window is ending and my NTS is expiring soon. I hope I can reschedule in time to take it. Anyone else dealt with this problem before?

Yes, you should receive another email stating you can reschedule your exam.

    Email will state the following:

Prometric needs to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g.: inclement weather, power outage, technical issues, etc. If this incident occurs, you will receive further communication via email and will receive an automated message from Prometric within 24 to 48 hours to advise you on how to schedule your new appointment.

    Hi-

I know they are not open at this hour and on Sunday, but it wouldn't hurt to call Prometric tomorrow, even before you get the email, to attempt to re-schedule. If you are trying to test this week, it may be better to be pro-active. If they've closed your center/cancelled the exam, you should be able to have them schedule a new exam for you for free. Worth a phone call at least.

I live in the Northeast and this happened to me last year, but I didn't want for the center to be cancelled on my test day (and it did end up being closed) and I called prometric to cancel and reschedule before the storm.

    Good luck!
