My REG exam was supposed to be today at 12:30. I get a call at 9:00 AM TODAY that my Prometric is closing due to ‘weather’ (yet it is not even snowing). Has anyone had a similar experience? What do I do now? The Prometric customer service lines are closed because it is the weekend. I NEED to sit on a weekend day and really needed to be this weekend but guess not…

Waiting to talk to my team on Monday to see if I can get a day off sometime this week. I'm in Boston and the Prometric sites here have a couple lingering spots. You probably can't schedule less than 24 hours in advance so that's probably why nothing is showing up

Hi guys, thought I would share my testing experience with you. I tested in Eugene Oregon on 1/5/2017 and even though most of the city was closed due to massive ice and a snowstorm, they remained open. I had to drive what normally takes about an hour and half to get there (3.5 hours actual)and drove up the day before as my test was in the morning. The driving conditions were crazy, semis were chaining up, there was a lot of ice on the freeway and lots of tow trucks and wrecks along the road. I made it and tested just fine. What they told me the day before was that if I could not make it that I could ask for a refund due to adverse weather conditions, they also told me that they had no intention of closing unless absolutely necessary.
