Hey everyone,

Just got an email from prometric yesterday and my exam on June 10 apparently got cancelled in what seems to be a move to lower the number of testers in a given center at any time. Yet when I go on my dashboard I still have the appointment for June 10. My issue arises in the fact that the next seat availability to reschedule in Michigan is not until August 6th lol. I’m hesitant to reschedule since I technically still have it on my dashboard as June 10.

I’m wondering if any of you are having a similar experience with any insight to give? I obviously want this move to be calculated as I’d prefer to not wait two extra months but I think my options are limited.

If prometric sent you an email saying your exam is cancelled then it's cancelled regardless of what the prometric site is saying. I know It sounds stupid that they wouldn't simultaneously update their website but they're having issues updating it in a timely manner. A little bit of advice, you can't actually “reschedule”, you have to schedule the same as you did when you initially scheduled your exam.
