I was wondering if anyone sent an email to NASBA for having issues with the computer during your test.
I took REG this past week and the computer was lagging throughout the whole time I was working on my SIMS which chipped off so much of my time. Then the computer froze during my last testlet. The prometrics staff rebooted my computer several times and when that didn’t work, called their help desk to get me back to my test. With limited time to finish up the rest of my test and limitation of not being able to go back to my previous testlets, I couldn’t thoroughly check if my answers were the same as right before the computer froze…
Prometrics staff told me he made a note on the issue and I just emailed NASBA explaining what happened.
I was wondering if anyone else had a problem with the computer at the test center and how NASBA helped you with the situation.
I never retook an exam and was wondering if I had to retake this section, do I have to wait until my score is released to apply?
