Seriously, I got FAR just after Thanksgiving, and have been absolutely mystified at how many distractions have come up the past couple weeks. Work obligations, family stuff, lack of study time in general. You’d think around a holiday might benefit you because you have the day off from work to study or whatever, but ohhh hell no. Stuff will ALWAYS come up.

Don’t do it, man. You will fail.

That is a good tip! I usually have a hard time studying during the holidays let alone taking the test. Good luck to you hopefully you find some time

Totally agree and highly advise this to others. I took my first exam right before the holiday season and passed so I was able to enjoy the holiday season. I then waited until after New Years to begin studying for my second exam. There was no way from Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years that any solid studying would get done between family, friend and company events. I just took my last exam a couple of weeks ago and avoided the holiday season once again. Thankfully, I am all done now. I found that studying under optimal conditions is really important. No distractions of any sort including holiday season. Good luck to everyone.

I think I took EA part 1 on Dec 31st, and EA part 2 on 12/24 the following year.
    The struggle was real.
