    Hey Ninjas!

I’m gearing up for a power weekend of studying. Who’s with me? I’ve got to stay motivated, especially tomorrow (Saturday). I have a re-take of BEC on the 25th of this month. I wish it would rain all day tomorrow so that I could feel guilt-free about staying inside. Forecast says sunshine. 🙁

    AUD - 77

I'm down! I need it as well. Think I will shoot for a goal of 500MCQs over the course of the entire weekend. What's your goal CMASON?

@Snickets, I don't have a goal of MCQs at this time. That's a good idea though! I mainly just want to get to the end of the weekend, and say, “yeah, I killed it this weekend.” That's my goal. Haha

    FAR - 78

I really have had a rough week at work and need to get back on track here. I almost think I would be better limiting telling myself I'll only do an an hour 1/2 a day during the week and two 12 hour days on weekends. I haven't done anything the last two days – usually can count on an hour at lunch, but worked through lunch on Thursday and Friday and then stayed late.

I really do not believe humans can study that much per day. How about break down study time more reasonably? 1-2 hour weekdays, 5 hours sat and sun? that will give you approximately 15-20 hour a week. That is enough time to pass 1 part in 1-2 months.

@Snickets – I'm also studying for FAR…have my exam on May 2nd. I went through the CPAexcel material and MCQs, and now I have been doing Ninja MCQs. I've done about 500 of the Ninja MCQs so far and my average is only 70%. Not feeling too great about things at this point. How are you doing on the Ninja MCQs? Did you use Ninja the first time you passed FAR? Any suggestions to help me pass on the first attempt? Wish I could push my exam back a few weeks, but my NTS expires on May 4th. So I guess I'll give it a go and hope for the best.

You are on pace. Keep doing 100+ a day if possible. The more the better IMO if you are truly comprehending the information. Just keep grinding.

I'm in. REG retake on Monday. Took Friday off to study and knocked out about 240 MCQ. Shooting for ~400 today and ~400 more tomorrow. I will mix in a few SIMS here or there. Good luck, Ninjas.
