I just found out that I have to take REG again (I did a poor job of studying..:/).

Are REG and FAR doable in one quarter, with about 6 weeks of study each??? I REALLY need to pass this whole exam by end of 2016! I was thinking of upgrading to 10 point combo to do so.

If I start studying again next week, I’m thinking REG Oct 23rd, then start studying FAR and take Dec 10th.

    Thought?!

    REG - tbd (8/2016)
    FAR - tbd

    Study materials: NINJA MCQ/Audio/Notes

Yeah, I kind of ditched Gleim for Ninja for Reg last month, and I thought it wasn't too bad. I tried to do the same for BEC and it frustrated me to the point that i needed to crawl back to Gleim. Unfortunately that was two days before the exam, and I started to panic, and I feel I blew that one too. Part of my problem is that I don't really have faith in any of the providers and it's hard for me to stay the course with any of them. Some don't give you enough info, some give you way too much. Some mix it up crazy. I have Wiley, Gleim, Ninja, and Becker (text and hw problems), and tried all of their MCQs and I am always blindsided by something on test day.

    AUD - 1st - 60 (12/12), 61 (2/13), 61 (8/13), 78! (11/15)
    REG - 55 (2/16) 69 (5/16) Retake(8/16)
    BEC - 71(5/16) Retake (9/16)
    FAR - (8/16)

The problem with course providers is that they are on the blank in terms of specific topics and subjects that the AICPA decides to test on, they based their prep course on released prior tests, so they have to expand on the subjects that they forecast to be a testable areas; moreover, that is why it is understandable that they are very different from each other. I have a huge faith on Ninja MCQ; therefore, I am surprised it did not help you hit REG out of the park. Can you tell me how many mcqs attempts you have done in total and what was your trending score?

^^^I posted in the trending thread, I hit review, trending 88%, my average was around 55% because I sucked in the beginning. Around 4500 questions. Ninja did me justice in BLAW and Individual (both stronger) and weaker in everything else. Completely diff from my second attempt, I was weaker in individual and BLAW and stronger/comparable in everything else! HA! Comparable in sims both times. Attempt 2 hammered at-risk and PALs, they weren't even mentioned in attempt 3. I'm completely lost at this point.

    AUD - 1st - 60 (12/12), 61 (2/13), 61 (8/13), 78! (11/15)
    REG - 55 (2/16) 69 (5/16) Retake(8/16)
    BEC - 71(5/16) Retake (9/16)
    FAR - (8/16)

From what you are telling me, I think you have problems during execution on test day rather than preparation time. This might be due to all the pressure you are putting on yourself during testing day. The best thing you can do IMHO is to take a break of a month or two, and embrace the new changes. The test might get harder, but after a well deserved break and a fresh start, it might be more manageable than now. I have made some neat charts on taxing entities, and individual tax which might bring some consistency into taxation topics. I do not mind sharing with you, but I am currently in a business trip. I will get back to you on Friday, but let me tell you that you are the most dedicated person I have seen so far in this forum.
