PMSI perfection and regular Perfection – – difference im assuming?

    can someone please clarify if there is a quick difference

    I’m assuming w PMSI vs regular perfection, the later u file PMSI on property the better priority is

    but regular perfection vs regular perfection, earlier to file gets priority?

    or am I completely wrong

    REG - PENDING
    AUD- PENDING
    BUS - PENDING
