Passing the actual date for the 18 month rule

Has anyone technically gone past 18 months from the actual date you took and passed an exam and still received the congratulatory letter from NASBA after passing all 4 parts? My state is Michigan and for each test I passed NASBA said my credit expired on the last day of the 18th month not 18 months from the actual date I passed. All the state licensing rules as well as NASBA’s webpage for the state of Michigan indicate it’s 18 months from the actual date.

I am confused why NASBA would show my credit til the end of the month instead of the actual date when all the information says actual date. My technical time between first test and last test is 18 months and 3 days so I am worried the state will bounce my application. I received the congratulatory letter and the director at NASBA promised me everything was ok, but I just don’t know if I believe it. Has anyone came across this before and what ended up happening?
