Back when I was in college, long long ago, I tested out of a computer course and received a P(pass) on my transcript. No credit hours were given but I read someone on this site that Pass/Fails go towards your 150 credit hours needed, does it still apply if on my transcript it only says P but no credit hours?

If it doesn’t count I am 2 credits shy and I’m wondering what I should do.. thanks in advance for all your amazing replies 🙂

Your state board is the final arbiter regardless of what any of us tells you on here. Contact them and explain your situation. They decide if a substitute class may work or you can squeeze by with what you have.

Many city colleges have classes that start mid-semester and go twice as fast. You can take an online class to get the units. Coastline college in CA is online.
