you can see by my signature where I am. I tested for FAR this past Saturday and scores come out on 6/9. I have to retake BEC as it expired at the end of Feb. 2016.

currently, this is my plan.

relax (just go to work, do some stuff around the house) until May 30, Memorial Day. Then order BEC study guide and study and retake BEC in the July August window as early as I can get through the study material and reveiw. If I passed FAR this time, I’m done.

since I passed BEC the first time on the first try, I’m going to plan as though I can pass it on the first try this time, too. I will NOT slack on the studying though.

If I didn’t pass FAR, then get a new study guide for FAR and do it, taking it end of August or first part of September on the extended dates.

If I totally screw up, this leaves me an October and November testing window to retake.

I lose REG 11/30/16, so I have to pass both before then.

do you think I shouldn’t take a break and just order BEC and keep pushing?it is a whole week.

I think that you are fine to take a break, honestly … it is only a week and probably well needed.

I'd take the break. I took a week's break between many of my exams because I'm a firm believer that the mind works better with a bit of time to relax between things…so, especially with being so close to the end and having so much time (relatively) to finish in, I'd go ahead and take the break. You're not losing a whole window; just a week to study, and you've got about 14 or 15 weeks till the end of the next window, so plenty of time to relax for a week before tackling BEC and then, if needed, FAR. Just make sure you have a firm decision in your mind of what day you're beginning to study again (starting to study on May 30, or May 30 is the last day off and May 31 is first study day?), and stick to it, so that you don't accidentally let 1 week turn into 4.

Don't know how much my opinion matter because I haven't taken all the exams yet. I took my first FAR last week and waiting for June 8. I felt miserable after coming out of exam and think will definitely fail. I have taken off from studying and planning to study for next exam after my result comes out on June 8.

I only took 2 days off between AUD exam and commencing studying for FAR, and do I ever feel it.
I only did this because my job was supposed to start in June (now extended to July). I’ve been pretty miserable and my brain is tired. I took AUD after having several months off and knocked it off in 7 weeks of studying while being in school.

I think if you can afford the time a week off is a great idea. Catch up with personal admin, seeing friends, working out, whatever you like to do. These exams are torture enough.

I think this will be more a “refresher course” than a “learn from scratch” course as BEC has expired for me.

I've scheduled BEC retake for July 30.

I think I am going to send off my NTS for my FAR retake. I think I will schedule it for as late in this window as I can.

I've been using Becker. I added Ninja notes for FAR and got a 72. Does anyone recommend anything different?

I did find out that Becker keeps your online progress when you re-order the same section. So I had all my stats from before when I got BEC.
