I just wasn’t sure if I want to take the exam.. so, I only picked one section – AUD. If I pass that, can I apply for another NTS for the last 3 exams? also say I pass AUD this april – is that when the 18 month thing starts? Do I have 18 months to complete the last 3 exams?

Yes you can put the last 3 exams on 1 NTS to save money on application fees, or you can do what you did this time and do it one at a time.

18 months will start from when you receive your first passing score. You have to pass all 4 exams in the rolling 18 month window.

In NY an NTS is only good for 6 months. So only buy NTS's for exams that you plan to take in the next 6 months. Your window starts once you pass your first exam.
