For those of you who have taken the ethics exam, how long did it take you to complete the course and exam? Was it very difficult/did you have to study much for it? Do you have to complete the course and exam in one setting or can you log-in and out as you wish?

Hoping for a FAR pass next week, and if I do then all I’ll have left is the ethics exam!

I just completed it earlier this week. It wasn't difficult, just time consuming. Took me about 2 hours to complete. With the online version, you can download a PDF copy of the course materials. CTRL+F is your friend while taking the exam.

I took it last week and just jumped right into the exam, no prior studying. Like Docholliday said, use the PDF to search things throughout the test. It took me between 3-4 hours and I did not find it to be easy at all lol. Many of the questions were paragraphs long with very tricky and similar answers. I kept thinking that it was like an open-book very difficult version of an audit exam. In CA you have to get a 90, as you can see I squeaked by. Not trying to make you worry because it is totally doable, but I didn't think it was as challenging/time consuming as it was when I went into it.
