The first step is for them to receive all of the documents which can take about 4 weeks. They told me that there is a process where it gets scanned and filed and sent to the appropriate people. Then it can take 8-12 weeks once sent to the board. It took me 8 weeks after it went to the board then I had an issue and it took about 3 more months to sort out.

I would call about 4 weeks after mailing it in and they will be able to tell you the date it went to the board then call about 6-8 weeks after that.
