NYS License Sign-off Question

    Does anyone know what happens if your Ex-employer CPA firm refuses to sign-off/verify on the form 4B? Is there anything you can do? as AICPA / NYSSCPA, nothing can be done but I haven’t confirmed with NYS Office of professions (which issues license). Anyone knows about this or anyone came across/heard. Very curious to know for my co-worker, she is not sure if her ex-employer CPA firm will sign-off.
