Does NY state keep the 1 year employment record for us?
I worked in my previous company for 2 and half years, got lay off due to change of partners. Does anyone know if NY state will keep the record for us if my supervisor fill out the form for me now.
I am waiting for my last exam score, but my supervisor is leaving the company, so I really want her to fill out the form for me before she leaves. I also still need one more semester for my 150 credits.

I think they keep partial applications on hand for a period of time, not sure how long that period of time is though.
If you are having the employer fill out the experience form, you should probably mail in an application with application fee.
Without the application and fee, I am not sure they will create a file to hold on to your 4B.

Thanks a lot for the heads up, that's really good to know.
The only problem is I am still waiting for my audit score. Should I go ahead and send in my application and fee,
my BEC will not expire until June 2019.
