Long story short I passed two exams early on then waited to the last minute to finish the last two, passed one a week ago but there is no way I can pass the other before my BEC credit expires next week. Since I know I will have to take it again can I schedule an exam and get an NTS to take it again if I already have a passing grade for it currently on the books? Not sure if it’ll have some weird error or mess with something but just wanted to check before I pay or make a mess of it.

No, you won't be able to sign up for the NTS. It won't even be an option for you.
