I having trouble finding the exact link to purchase a new NTS. I believe it is on CPA Central, but I’m having a heck of a time finding it. Does anyone have the link?

I believe it should be on CPA Central under “Apply Online”. I can only start a new application since I've already completed the exam, but there should be an option for you to apply as a reexamination candidate.
