    Paid for an NTS last Saturday (3/10/18). When I check my new portal, there’s no payment receipt, no pending payment, and no NTS. NASBA already charged my card, and when I check on CPA Central, my application says “ATTREADY”. Anyone else have this? or know how much longer I will need to wait for my NTS?

    Hi. Same thing happened to me a few months back. I had to call them. They said it was a glitch in the system and withing an hour i had my NTS.

    Now updated to “ATTSENT”… maybe they're making progress on it??

    I'm hoping they clear the backlog soon. I have specific dates that I need to schedule before they fill up.

    I got mine this week, but one of the exam ids isn’t working. Waiting for Nasba to correct it, ugh

    I'm going thru the EXACT same thing and I'm beyond livid. Paid for it on 3/6 and still haven't received. Called and spent an hour on hold to only be told I have to talk to ONE person…. who is out on vacation this entire week. I have been trying to get ahold of her supervisor every day this week and can't get a response. Today I finally got his email and now all the emails aren't going thru and saying they are blocked (I've tried sending from a 2 different emails as well). I'm livid!!!! The girl I spoke to said that the system messed up when they converted and they are trying to get all the people who were on hold taken care of. No customer service at all!

    @whitney you must be in the same jurisdiction as i am. They forwarded me to a gal who was out of the office until the 26th.. who knows if shes even a real person? as of today 3/19/18, i have still not received my NTS…

    This must be a jurisdiction problem. I am in Ohio and I applied for my NTS last Monday the 12th and received my NTS on Thursday the 15th.

    @jmhohio I am beyond frustrated, livid, furious etc at this point. The girl who is out of the office is a real person. I finally after calling every day for a week was able to have her supervisor reach out to me yesterday morning. His name is DJ Johns at djohns@nasba.org and he told me I would have my NTS within 24 hours and to let him know if I didn't get it……. well here we are well over 24 hours and I still don't have it. I emailed him twice today and have gotten nothing back. Apparently it is only him and one other person handling all the system failures, complaints, etc with people having issues with the other girl out. I have no clue what to do besides just start blowing up his email tomorrow until I get my NTS. I paid for it over 2 weeks ago and can't schedule REG when I was hoping to take it end of April. I have never seen such terrible customer service, you'd think if they were this short staffed they would hire more OR not even make changes to a system that was working perfectly fine. I have no clue what I'm going to do if I lose an entire testing window because of this mess other than call NASBA and scream to high heaven for them to bump that Feb 2019 expiration of FAR further out if I need it… which I'm sure they won't do even though this is their fault…

    OK RANT OVER. Sorry! lol As you can tell, I”m in full CPA EXAM MENTAL BREAKDOWN MODE…. I need wine.
