First, the turnaround time is just ridiculous. Eight weeks? Really?
Also, Sent transcripts but no updates so contacted them. Their reply? It somehow takes ten days for them to process mail so don’t inquire until one week has passed. Seriously?
Paying +200 bucks for this kind of runtime and experience is infuriating. I don’t get how receiving transcripts in the mail and counting credits would take nearly two months.
My guess is it’s because the whole thing is practically a monopoly and a huge bottleneck… but the joke’s on me I guess. Sucks being a foreigner lol
