Unless waivers are obtained pursuant to (d) and (f) below, the applicant shall sit for the examination no more than 10 times.
Removed July 1, 2009.
Page 17 says removed as of 2009. Also, as per the link you provided, this FAQ is from 2011.
I'd suggest going directly to the NH CPA website for the most up to date and accurate information. NASBA is known to sometimes have old/outdated/just plain incorrect information.
