New remittance form

    Hi everyone, I am trying to create a new remittance form as a repeat applicant to apply for a part on the cba.ca.gov website but I keep getting a “programming error.”

    I have firefox and chrome. Tried it using both and got the same error. I also have JavaScript enabled and “cookies.” Anyone is having the same issue//? Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks
