New Exam Format- Results not until August 2017

    Sorry if this is asked before, but:

    What if I have an exam score that expires in July 2017, but I don’t get results for my exam under the new format until August 2017?

    Will my credit still be good if I pass?

    I am trying hard to cram to finish my last CPA exam before the new format takes effect, but I’m afraid I’m not prepared enough.

    I'd just call CPA examination services. My guess is their going to allow an extension period for people in your situation.

    All grades or credits expiring in Q2 will be reinstated in Q3 and in Q3 will be reinstated in Q4.

    As long as you sit before your passed exam expires it doesn't matter when you get the score. Regarding extensions that's definitely a state by state decision and worth a call directly to your state board.
