Hi Guys,
I would like to ask you guys a favor about my resume.
Here are what I listed on my resume:
-Performed audit procedures on A/P, cash, expenses, fixed asset, and distribution
-Prepared and followed up on confirmations of cash, A/R, inventory, debt, derivatives

Are these sentences correct in term of using plural?
P.S. English is not my first language

I think both of those sentences are fine, but are they really saying anything to the hiring manager? You should add the results these procedures achieved as well. For example, “Performed audit procedures on XYZ to ensure records were complete and accurate”. There are a lot of variations of “audit procedure”, so you should be more specific by including the results of your duties.

I would avoid the use of acronyms for accounts payable or accounts receivable.

I agree with @Ahugemistake. Your resume should be a summary of accomplishments not just a mere restatement of your job description. For instance, you may be asked to answer phones or change the printer paper. While important and necessary work, perspective employers won't want to see it on a resume.
