Hi everyone,
This is just an issue that has been ongoing with me for about a month and just keeps going on.
My expiration date for BEC was 8/27/19 and when I tried to apply for a new NTS, I couldn’t so I emailed NASBA – they ended up changing my expiration date to 9/30/19 because in NY that’s what it should’ve been. WELL FINE, I was hoping to get my NTS Oct 1 to register Oct 5th to take the exam.
NOTHING CHANGED! So I emailed them again and now, my other passing parts all say FAIL! I called and emailed and they said, oh they made a mistake! WHAT THE ACTUAL F***.
HOW CAN YOU MANUALLY GO INTO SOMEONES ACCOUNT AND ALTER IT? I AM NOW SUPER CONCERNED WITH THIS PROCESS AND IT IS MIND BOGGLING!
PLEASE ALL – CONSTANTLY CHECK CPA CENTRAL AND MAKE SURE YOUR GRADES, PASS/FAIL, EXPIRATION DATES AREN’T CHANGING.
How can I escalate this issue? I am very upset and it just doesn’t seem real to me anymore.
