Anyone know if NASB mails out your score info/transcripts to States the same time as mailing congratulatory letters to candidates?

My congratulatory letter went out a couple of days after score release, but the score release notification to my state board didn't go out until after the first of the following month as reporting is done on a quarterly basis (or so I was told by a rep from my state board). It might be a state by state thing though.
