Missed exam,

    Hi,

    I missed an exam due to emergency at work and it was too late to cancel. My NTS was not suppose to expire until next year April. Would i have to buy a apply for another NTS or can i just reschedule with prometrics again?

    A friend of mine had missed an exam due to a highway accident that held traffic for hours. And no he was not able to get a refund, his NTS was expired for no-show even though the expiration date still have more than two months left. He have to pay for a new NTS.
