So I took my test at 8AM on February 28th. I know I will get my score tonight if they received my test by 11:59PM, but does anyone know if there is any way to figure out if they received it by then?

Your best bet is to contact your testing center and ask. I took my exam the 28th at 2:50, finished at 5:50. When I called them yesterday they said that all completed tests are sent the same day before closing, so for me they would have sent my test by 8pm and in my view it should have been received by the 11:59 deadline, so I'm under the impression that my score should be avail tonight.
