    Hi, everyone !
First some background .I am horrible tast taker. I frek out if i get stuck on one question. I never take practice test out of fear before exam. Typing is another issue . I take long to grasp the material. I Learn by watching lectures and later doing MC.
I lost REG last window becaues of BEC and AUD. It is mostly BEC which is giving me hard time. Since then i had lost motivation. My last score is 72 on my 4th attempt. I can not type fast and Wc is my biggest problem. Need advice on WC and IT protion. Can some one learn to type in one month.
I was thinking to take BEC and AUD this window . But i have no motivation to study. Basically runing from another failer .
I pass FAR last jan 2016 so it will expire on august 2017. Therfore i had to pass BEC, AUD ,REG in each window . Since i started taking 2 exam in 1 window i had no pass. Exam is changing in big way . Should i just stick to BEC this window and take it on 28 FEB . After that i can study for AUD and take it on April 2. And at the end of may 31 i can scheduled for REG. By the time the score will be release in August 16-18 i might loose FAR.I am so stress out. Please help me to organise my study time . I need hope . I am full time student a wife and had 2 kids. It it loo late to give up . If i do that i will not be happy for rest of my life . This is my aim for life and i must pass to get my sanity back. Any advice is appreciated.

It sounds like you have a lot going on being a full time student, a wife and mom. I know in one of your last posts you said you were just venting so I am assuming that this is another vent and not necessarily planning on quitting.

Sometimes its just best to take a break. If taking two tests a window is not working then maybe you need to get back to only focusing on exam per window. The exam is changing but because you struggle with the written communication in BEC the new exam structure may actually be in your favor.

Its hard for someone else to organize your study time because we don't know what your day is comprised of. If this is something that you really want to work towards then you need to sit down and figure out when is the best time for you to study. At night when everyone is in bed or early morning before your kids wake up. Someone could write up a plan for you but if it doesnt work with your home life then its pointless.

Focus on studying for BEC since you are struggling with it and then move on to other sections. If you lose FAR then so be it. So many people have lost credit but have kept pushing.

In terms of writing just keep practicing. I have never taken a practice test before an exam either. I also get anxious during an exam. I have to remind myself to breathe and just relax.

If you are working, quit your job. If you have any fun plan for the summer, say good bye to it. And Yes, 2 exams in 1 window. Arrange your exam so you take one exam at the beginning and the other at the end of the testing window. This should give you approximately 4-7 weeks to study for each.

I do not necessarily agree with quitting a job. We do not know what OP's financial situation is to tell them to quit their job. And there have been plenty of people that have posted on the forum that quit their jobs to study full time only to find that they still struggled to pass the exam. Not to mention how many posts we see on the forum of people having a hard time finding jobs.

@ForgottenOne, if someone is a parent, its not just as easy as quitting a job to study. Some of us work to keep a roof over our kids' head and food on the dinner table.

OP, I am a mother of 2, had a full time job, and was in grad school when I passed this so it CAN be done but its just not easy.

If you really believe time and the WC is your biggest nemesis, I strongly suggest typing and retyping your notes. You'll be reinforcing the material and working on your typing skills simultaneously.

I couldn't pass 2 in the same window but I managed one per window. How much time have you committed to studying? You're coming VERY close even when you don't pass so it sounds like you need to give yourself more study time for each whether it be more weeks or more hours per week.

It is a vent out, you are right. This is a place people understand you . I am not working right now . But even as a full time student it is not possible for someone like me to pass. As i said it takes time to grasp this material. I know few people who are full time student like me are struggling to pass the exam. It is different for every one . No one can concentrate on study more the 4 hours a day . Studying every day is not easy even if you are home.

    @mla11692

When i am motivated i can study mc for 3 hours and watch lectures 2 hours. It vary from 6 hours to 3 hours depending on day. My biggest problem is stress.

As for BEC, the multiple choice questions account for 85% of the exam, and the writing part only 15%. I think if you know your content and do well in the MCQ, and just ok in the writing, you will be fine for BEC. Also since a computer grades the writing part, they only look for key words (not necessarily grammar unless your score is close which would result in an actual person grading your essays). Spelling should be easy to get correct since there is a built-in spell-checker in the exam.
Keep going! I've lost two parts and almost gave up. Now waiting for my final score.

@CPA007 you passed REG and FAR the real beast that shows and confirm that you can pass CPA hence don't quit.FAR and REG is considered the most difficult section without doubt, only debatable is REG or FAR and that depends upon the background of candidate. So you have the muscle to pass CPA.
Now come to BEC WC ,I can understand as I failed twice due to WC and my problem was not typing but was trying to compose the WC as per model answers of Becker's and paucity of time. Finally I passed with simple solution and let me share. You got 72 that means you are good in BEC conceptually. My suggestion for BEC WC ,Just remember the format of a simple memo e.g. Opening and closing of WC.Read the question's lines and rewrite that line in your language .Repeat this till you re-written all lines and covered all original (7-8 lines in two paragraphs are enough ).After this if you can rearrange the sentences that would be even better.
More specific : 1.write opening and closing 2.Do the same for all three WC.
1.Read question and rewrite of questions's content 3-4 lines ,go to 2 other WC do it for 3-4 lines and come back to first. Why not finish one and move to other ? Even if you are kicked out due to time , you are still covered. Why almost copying questions lines ? It will include all the keywords and that is the crux of WC.
It will work and at least 10 marks is bonus due to WC.You should appear BEC and REG in this window. As you have passed REG once you will pass it again .Check the forum ,those who have lost credit ,passed it next time. One such person is Amor ,she lost 2 credit and in 2016 she passed 3 sections ,so don't lose hope.
Last advise ,don't get scared by WC ,it's automated evaluation hence don't try to sing with good voice ,just saying the lyrics in whatever voice will take you to American BEC Idols.Typing speed can be increased ( see some youtube videos ,your left four fingers should reach asdf ,right fingers on lkjh ).
Wish you all the best.Don't give up,you have the talents as you passed FAR and REG.

I can see why you normally fail the written section. Your writing is so bad I'm almost wondering if this is a troll attempt?????

Spelling, punctuation, spacing, EVERYTHING. Is English your second language?

I'm having a hard time taking this serious.

If you are SERIOUS, then every time you type something you need to act like your boss is reading it or it's the CPA test.

Coming on the internet and typing a bunch of “crap” like you just did is just reinforcing your bad habits.

Sorry, I don't BS on this website as most of the members need to hear the straight truth.

In my opinion, WC in Roger is the best. All I did was to pick a few samples and simulate. I got “Stronger” on WC. English is not my first language. If I did, you could do it too. Good luck!

    FAR 72,67,79 (Roger+Wiley test bank)11/15
    AUD 80 (Roger)10/15
    BEC 80 (Roger)4/16
    REG 63,78 (Roger+Ninja MCQs)5/16

I agree with SuckItUp. The WC section needs a professional and concise style. If you can accomplish that with a knowledgeable response, then you should be able to pass that. As for the MCQ section, make flash cards for topics you do not fully understand, and then hit the study MCQs hard. Good luck!

Suck it up, lots of people here are ESL, and lots of the rest of us type on a phone or whatever and relax both our spelling and grammar skills on social media. Either way, OP has been on this board for years, so it's got to be the most elaborate trolling ever if it were. My grammar and spelling on social media are atrocious, but flawless when it actually matters.

Yeah but this person is FAILING the WC. Why go around and be “atrocious” as you said and then be “flawless” when it actually matters? This person is obviously NOT “flawless” when it matters the most. Therefore, my suggestion hasn't changed.

EVERY time you write something, pretend like it's the CPA test. The old saying, “Practice makes perfect.”

I agree with your suggestion actually to put the required skills into practice in everything if that's a shortcoming but three years worth of posts here pretty much nix trolling.
