So I made a 74 on REG and lost my AUD credit. I am still halfway through the exam. I have BEC(76) and FAR(81). I am going to take REG again in late May early June (I work in tax and just started as a staff accountant. I was just promoted from being an office manager). As soon as that is done I am going to jump into AUD and hopefully sit for the end of August. Just in case I dont pass I can take it again in Quarter 4. I have until Dec 10 before my BEC credit expires. This one was rough to handle. I was so close to being done. I did just pass FAR this Quarter which I know was a tough exam also. Is this possible to be done in this time frame?

Definitely can be done and I like your plan. I'm a big end of the quarter testing guy. It allows me the ability to retake an exam next month without waiting an entire quarter. Make sure to get your score summary and really go over your weak areas when you restudy for REG. Also, be sure to cover everything too. Your next REG will allocate the major areas a little different so be prepared for everything. Good Luck.

You can do this. I got a 74 on BEC and lost AUD credit. I would have been done if I got a 75 on BEC. I kept refreshing hoping the score will change. I just have to find the motivation to study for BEC again. My plan is to take BEC in early May and AUD in mid July. Praying I will be done by July. This is hard but I can't give up! Let's do this!

@ CPA4sure29. I so admire your courage. I fail AUD 2 times and I felt so depressed. I think I would give up if I lost my FAR credit in Nov 2020. I did all my best in the last AUD exam and was confidence that I will get at least 75 but the result came out so disappointed. I don't know what else I need to do to make it difference. I studied 3 hours everyday while in full time job and 5-6 hours during the weekend. Those hours were all quality studying hour. I took notes and wrote on the flashcards and put sticky notes on the wall. I did all I could. I don't know what else I should do differently.

@ Katt Pham. Maybe try a different study plan. For AUD, I remember listening to the lecture audio anytime I had a chance. On my way to work, grocery store, and even church. lol. and I did a lot of MCQ. Just keep doing MCQ, read the different reports and take notes. I wish you all the best. Do not give up. You are almost there. Keep pushing.

Same to you @CPA4sure29. I don't know if I should purchase more MCQ and Sims to practice. I'm using Becker and Final exam review. I did all MCQs and SIMS more than 1 time. I feel like the first AUD exam I took in Q419 was much easier than Q120. And the SIMS in Q120 were beasts. They were nothing like I've seen at Becker review. They were so long and difficult.

I lost FAR after a 74 on REG (my second 74 on REG) … stay motivated, or it could actually go lower. Destroy it next time … whatever your weak areas are – really hit them, in addition to doing everything you did to get that 74. I went 74-74-92…you'll be fine.
