Yeah so I'm suppose to get my BEC score the 22nd and if I failed I have to study enough to pass and get a test spot before sept 10. How on earth is that “enough time”.

I'm in the same exact boat as you CP3. I'm expecting a fail as if they are sending out emails like this they are desperate for fails.

I'm going to be livid if I failed BEC because I could have taken it again this quarter and still have been able to take FAR next week with ample study time. They're delay really screwed everyone out of a test window to take anything they took in Q2 and failed. This is them trying to say they didn't because there's technically 2-3 weeks after the release date to take it.

I don't actually think so-the e-mail says that you can test for different section while waiting for your score, which is what all of us have been doing I think….

What this email mean ? My speculation AICPA is saying : Yeah we know you are optimistic but most likely you will fail and would skip the test this window giving excuse the lack of prep time.We know when you studied the whole window you failed miserably due to our new exam format so there is less likely you would pass in 20 days.Yeah yeah hey hey hey LOL but please pay us in Q3 and don't try to be too pessimistic.You are either too optimistic r too pessimistic e.g can't pass in 20 days.( 2 days for mourning and ranting over fail ) ,please buy a lottery sold by NTS in Q3 and you may be lucky winner as we draw more pass in Q3.

That email made me unsubscribe! They make us wait for 3months, and kindly tell us how we can give them more of our time and money. Hopefully Im done with this BS 8/17. CPA is starting to mean less and less to me with each passing day.

I thought they just said don't put your pending exams on hold waiting for the scores to release…maybe I just need to read into things more.
