I lost credit on FAR and have to take it again this Friday. Pass and I’m done.

If I happen to fail I’d obviously take it again Q2 and I wont get my score until August. Again, pass and I’m done.

The Problem: I lose credit for REG in mid-August. If I have to take FAR in Q2, can I not sign up for a Q3 attempt since I won’t know the result until August? It’s possible I wont find out until after I lose credit for REG which would suck if I failed FAR again.

Any insight on a situation like this?

August 16th is that score release. as soon as august 18th rolls around (48 hours after) id be applying for a new nts. you may get lucky. I just have reg left, and if I fail tonight im in the same boat.

For something this important, I would suggest confirming yourself as well, but when I spoke to NASBA regarding my similar situation, they replied “If you are waiting on results for your last section, and have passed your other 3, then consideration will be given.” Which could be a lot of things, but I would think it means you will be given the opportunity lost to you from the delay if you are waiting for your last score. Again, not all states are NASBA and you should reach out to them or your state board to confirm.
