Last date that we can take exam before changes?

So I am currently studying BEC and I plan on taking the exam January 20th. I would find out if I passed or failed probably early February, hopefully I pass but if I did not pass what would be the last date I can take the exam next year before the new changes?

Unfortunately, if you fail, you can't retake in the same testing period so it would have to be after the changes
