Issues with prometric website?

    I am trying to reschedule my test and every time I enter my confirmation # & last name nothing happens and the log in page just refreshes. I’ve tried 2 different browsers, any suggestions on what to do ?

    I’ve had this happen A LOT before with prometric but usually on about 5th try it goes through.

    Nevermind, it finally went through. Their website is so frustrating to use.
