Issue Applying Online

    I figured I would see if anyone else has had this problem before.

    I am trying to apply for another NTS on NASBA, but I get stuck at the application questions. I answer all of them and after each one it loads a little (probably adjusting to my answer), but then at the end the save and continue button is stuck. It doesn’t let me click to process & move on to the next step.

    I contacted NASBA, but if anyone has had this issue before and resolved it please post! Thanks!

    are you applying for an exam you JUST got the score on? Can take 48 hours before you're able to reapply.

    I am having the same problem. I get stuck on the Application Questions and it won't move forward from there. I'm trying to apply for BEC, which is my first take for that section and the last NTS I need.

    One of the exams is a re-take and one is new. I guess I could wait a couple days, but it doesn't seem like an error due to applying too quickly.

    I actually did some testing and noticed after answering some questions it does let me click submit and process (obviously I get an error saying I didn't answer all questions) and after some other questions the button no longer works.

    It's really weird, hopefully I get feedback from someone at NASBA soon and can pass on advice!

    I'm having the same issue, though it is for an exam where I just received my score. I imagine the website is also getting a lot of traffic today so we probably need to wait a couple days.
