Is it worth taking chapter notes for BEC?

I was watching the lectures, going back taking notes, then hitting multiple choice and getting 70s on first attempt. I did that for a few chapters but just went through a chapter simply watching the lecture, then hitting multiple choice, still scoring in the 70s first attempt.

My question is; is it worth it to go back and take notes, or should I just make it through the material with 70s, then review flashcards and keep doing MCQ as a review?

Taking notes on the chapters takes way too long and I don’t think its efficient for this section, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Probably depends on your learning style. But I think that if you have a base knowledge of it and you understand the concepts, you will be fine just doing MCQ. Worked for me anyway.

You can find out how effective it is for you by not going over the material for a day then seeing if you still score comparably between the chapters you took notes on and those you didn't.

Thanks for the advice, I feel like its more beneficial to just go over it and hammer MCQ than go back, take notes, blah blah.. we'll see how I do in a few weeks
