One of my close friends is really struggling with Audit (I’ve already taken and passed), and she asked for my notes. We’ve both purchased Becker, but when I went through, I took detailed notes. Is it okay for me to share them with her? I haven’t modified them since taking the exam… I just want to make sure this isn’t a violation of the acts discreditable rule (i.e. that it doesn’t count as cheating). Thanks for any advice!

That's between you and the license you agreed to when using your program. Different programs have different rules.

Unless you say “hey – study this section closely – had 5 questions on it” – then that is a violation of your agreement with the AICPA.
