    I was looking at the score release dates for Q1 of 2018 and they seem to be all over the place even on the AICPA website. The AICPA website shows a release on Feb 23rd but their release timeline does not.

    I just want to know if there is actually going to be a February 23rd release date, and if not then to be able to move my exam to another date, I don’t want to wait an entire month for scores at least for Quarter 1, I had enough of the ridiculous months of waiting in 2017.

    Has anyone called the AICPA or confirmed the dates?

    On the AICPA website it shows no Feb 23 score release.

    Really sucks for people with my test taking timeline. NASBA is horrendous when it comes to score releases or anything for that matter. I don't understand why they would implement such a major change in the middle of a testing period.

    Yeah, I saw that it does not include a Feb 23 on that page but they do here: https://blog.aicpa.org/2017/08/aicpa-announces-18q1-score-release-dates-the-q1-2018-score-release-dates-are-posted-to-the-score-release-timeline-page-of.html#sthash.lzWt1otc.dpbs

    And yeah, I hate their damn delays on the scores, last year all those months of delays really messed up my timeline. It tooks all those months to know I fell short by two damn points on FAR. I hate their score release dating.

    Yup, I scheduled FAR on February 12th purposely so that I would know by Feb. 23rd where I stand and now if I fail (which I don't plan to, but you never know) I will have to wait until April to test, and won't know until end of June what my score is, with my BEC expiring on July 28th, so yeah, thanks NASBA….

    @anyatver,
    Same here I scheduled on the 12th as well and I will barely cover everything with like 4 hours of sleep on the next few days so that I get enough sleep on the days prior to exam date, thats why if they will not have a score release on the 23rd I think I'm going to move my test date till the 26th or 27th so that I get more study time and I get to wait less for my score.

    The website originally said there was going to be a score release on February 23rd. The website will be down for 3 weeks over that time frame (just announced that this past Friday), so they cancelled the score release schedule. Unfortunately, they have yet to announce the change (which they should have!). It took people noticing the change on their website this past Friday (which may be the day they actually made the change to their website). So to answer the question, there is no longer going to be a score release on February 23rd. Everyone who was supposed to receive their score then will instead receive it March 8th along with the group that was supposed to receive their scores that day originally.

    Thanks for the information, so I guess the 8th of march it'll be. Makes sense if the website will be down during that time frame.

    I don't know what to make of the first article link posted.

    The article is dated April 2017, it does say 2018 once in the article but the table itself doesn't have a year on it . Very vague.

    I think maybe jeff can figure this out for us to be sure? It makes no sense to me that they would have put out a score release timeline, just to change it before the first score release date. Crazy.

    Also, on the main page here, they have an article on score release dates just put out yesterday?

    I don't know what to think. Going to just do the best I can on the two exams I'm taking this quarter. And worry about my score when I see it whenever that is.

    This is pretty unbelievable. I was searching for an explanation of why the sudden switch of exam score release dates. I was planning on receiving my exam on the 23rd as I took is jan 21. Now I find out I will have to wait until March 9th, with no notification from the AICPA or NASBA?

    You can call CPA Examination Services and they will give you all the information. They sent an email blast to all candidates who had an active NTS which mentioned the NCD/GW Migration. When you call them they will tell you that the score information is sent to them from the AICPA and is housed in this database, that's where the scores are retrieved when you check your scores online. So, if the database is down, then there is no way to retrieve the scores.
