Illinois CPA License – no paper certificate?

Does anyone know anything about Illinois no longer sending out a paper CPA license certificate? I feel like I heard something about this, but can’t find anything online. I got my CPA license number online awhile ago, but nothing ever came in the mail. If they no longer automatically send them out, are they available upon request or for purchase? Thank you.

Here is the link for what my response was going to be:

    https://www.ilboe.org/certification/whats-next/

“In the meantime, six (6) weeks from the date we e-mail the certification letter to you, expect to receive your hard copy certificate at the address we have listed on file”

They do still send out paper ones according to their website just takes them stupid long of course (because they suck) and make sure your address is correct!

    Also, congrats on being done!!

All the hard work put in and you get some cheap piece of paper that came wrinkled in my case. I promptly filed it in one of my drawers. I am surprised the city of chicago didnt tax the license fee

    Leglock,
They will send you the tax bill later, lol. I live in the Chicagoland and I understand what you mean.

LOL leglock..tax the envelope, license and paper its printed on you mean.

I'm glad I did mine through Iowa..where they have a surplus.

Chicago people anyone know anything about Miller Cooper up there? I had an interview today with them and couldnt find much about the firm outside the website. ITs fairly big
