I’ve been on the other side now for over a year. I battled this dang exam for about 2 years while working full time. I can say that Ninja helps so much whether you use it exclusively or as a compliment to your other programs for review.

I have to be honest, I avoided this forum like the plague after passing and I know you’ve seen it a million time posted on one forum or the other buuuutttt you can do this. Commit to it and don’t waste your time and try until you can fully commit.
You may not want to hear it but it takes all your free time and an honest effort, otherwise you will fall into an endless trap of just barely failing. I failed twice (reg and aud) before I realized this.

The only reason I’m posting now is because I saw this clip come across my news feed today and it instantly made me think of you guys still working on this beast of a test. Might be breaking rules by posting this, honestly can’t remember the forum rules, but it truly sums up your feelings after passing. (Scene from pursuit of happiness)

We have heard MANY of these stories before where someone passes the 4 parts , and they come back to this forum later and leave “inspiring”stories. Your story is no different than any others. Just search this forum and you will see for yourself the numerous posts.

@ shawn in VA Lighten up man. There was nothing wrong with OP's message and I'm sure many people on here enjoyed it.

    Thank you friend and congratulations.

@shawn in VA I've noticed you give people a hard time on this forum. Some people want to read this stuff, and if not, move on. There is no way you can have a successful career or pass the CPA with that amount of negativity. People use this website to support and help out one so we can all pass.

No doubt. We should thank the people who do come back and share – hell some of us will be reporting to those people some day. May already be. One's networking skills will be sharpened by taking every opportunity to learn and connect and contribute.

Now I gotta go see that picture. I'm waiting to see the Ben Affleck Accountant movie until it's o-fficial. PS – no idea what it's about.

And as someone who's been here for years after passing I can tell you the more of us who share our stories, the more helpful to those trying to pass.

Shawn in VA out here on a friday night trying to ruin something good. Come one man…life is short for negativity. Lots of people here (including me) use this forum to make sense of why we spend our days/hours studying etc… Anyways. Cap, I loved that movie and that scene. Debbie Downers are free to post whatever they want but sometimes you can't help but question to them this” “Why are you the way that you are?” – Michael Scott

Thank you. I cannot wait to get that feeling. Taking me 2 years to beat this monster too while working full time. Personal things come up and busy season too. I will get through it. This exam has been harder than any accounting class I had taken. Have to study on your own while working full time. It's all time and dedication. Just glad I'm young and getting it out of the way now. Busting my ass reviewing FAR for the next 3 weeks. Praying I passed AUD for August 17 score release. If I passed AUD then I am kicking it into high gear to pass FAR on first attempt because it could possibly be my last CPA I will take.

Lord have mercy, and I thought I was the only one still trying after 2 or more years. Excellent clip, excellent and inspiring movie. and like someone else said, I would like to experience the feeling, whether it's happiness, victory, success, you name it I'll take it, but I know I have to pass. I guess I'll keep studying.

    It begins with a 75
Been here too long as a cheerleader....ready to pass
