Someone with college education can't be possibly writing like you just did unless English is your second language. Seriously though, you need to improve your grammar or at least bother to proofread before you post another thread.

No reason to be a dick. You aren't in charge of who gets to start threads, by the way.

Not being a dick, and I never said I was in charge of who gets to start threads. Someone should point it out though for the better of his/her future employment prospect 🙂

@Maitha – to answer your question, you have two options here: 1) you can go through the traditional method by watching the Becker lecture videos, do Skills Practice and MCQs, then SIMs for each module OR 2) watch the lecture videos for all the chapters, then hammer the MCQs by using Progress Tests once you get the concepts down.

You have to figure out what works best for you. If you think you're going to forget the earlier materials when you're 7 chapters in, then do the latter option, otherwise do the traditional method.

Regardless of your study path, I would hammer through it and get it done quickly. I was so over accounting and felt like I didn't know anything about the business that I chose to get my MBA and then went back for my CPA. I wish I would have done it the other way around. I've REALLY struggled with REG because I don't touch the tax side for a living and I haven't had a tax class in almost 7 years now since I took them at the beginning of my undergrad. Good luck! I love Becker, do what it tells you to!

I'd take the CPA exam as quickly after college as you can. Fresher data = less study. It will also give you a leg up on the other kids while you're doing internships during your masters.

Yes, definitely get going on the studies, and do your best to pass the first time. It took me two years to pass all 4 parts, while working full time. I wish I would have studied and taken the exams right after college.

    Best of luck to you!
